Who is the Founding Agency Program for?+
Agencies that already deliver client services in marketing automation (GoHighLevel, n8n, Make, Zapier, HubSpot), AI chatbots, appointment-setting, CRM implementation, or local-services automation. If you have current clients and a delivery process, you qualify.
What does it cost?+
Standard Burki pricing is $0.03/minute platform fee with 200 free minutes on signup and no credit card required. Founding agencies get a 20% lifetime discount, billed at $0.024/minute on all client deployments under the agency's organization.
How long does setup take?+
Our three production-ready templates (AI receptionist, real-estate lead qualifier, appointment booking) take 25–45 minutes per client to deploy, including calendar integration. Founding agencies get hands-on setup help in a private Slack channel for the first three client deployments.
Is this white-label?+
Not in May. You can co-brand demos and customize voice and script per client, but you cannot remove 'Powered by Burki' from billing receipts or sell Burki under your own brand. White-label terms are a Q3 2026 conversation.
What about HIPAA and compliance?+
HIPAA + BAA are available at no extra cost (unlike platforms that charge $1,000+/month for HIPAA). We're SOC 2 Type II and GDPR-friendly with PII redaction tooling. Your clients in regulated industries (FINRA, state insurance) handle their domain-specific compliance; we handle the infrastructure layer.
Can I migrate from Vapi, Retell, or Bland?+
Yes. Most teams complete a single-assistant migration in an hour or two. The hard part is the test plan — we recommend running new and old in shadow mode for a week before flipping production traffic. Founding agencies get hands-on migration planning included.
